技术性贸易壁垒对中药出口贸易的影响及其对策研究

Influence of Technical Trade Barrier on Export Trade of Herbs and Research on Its Countermeasures

通过分析我国中药出口的现状和技术性贸易壁垒对我国中药出口贸易的影响,从而提出应对技术性贸易壁垒的策略。目前技术性贸易壁垒已经成为非关税壁垒中的重要手段,因此,我国必须建立有效途径获取国外技术性贸易壁垒的信息,尽快和国际标准接轨,积极参与国际标准化的制定,提高创新能力和产品的国际竞争力,成功跨越技术性贸易壁垒。

By analyzing current state of herbal export in China and the influence of technical trade barrier on herbal trade export in China, the countermeasures against technical trade barrier should be raised. Technical trade barrier has been an important measure of non-tariff barrier currently. Hence, we should build up effective ways to obtain the information of technical trade barrier abroad, at the same time, we should try to make it meet international standard, actively join the establishment of international standard, and improve innovation ability and international competitive power, therefore, to successfully cross technical trade barrier.
