发展生态经济是构建中国梦的题中应有之义。马克思生态经济思想对于构建中国梦所设想的生态经济具有重要的启迪作用。当前发展生态经济对于民族地区而言,主要就是针对其资源节约型经济的发展模式进行提升。在此,从构建中国梦的现实背景出发,运用马克思生态经济思想思路、理论和方法,深入揭示现阶段民族地区资源节约型经济发展在资源保护、资源开发以及资源利用方面的实践现状,并针对民族地区原生态保护与生态保护的认知误区、地缘交错带与城乡交错带的开发遗漏、工业技术与生态技术的资源利用界限提出可行的建议。

Developing ecological economy is the proper meaning of constructing the Chinese dream. To study the ecological and economic thoughts of Marx has important theoretical significance and practical inspiration for the construction of ecological economy in the Chinese dream. In view of the economic growth mode of resource conservation is the basic guiding principle of China＇s social development, it has great practical significance for the rich and weak economic foundation, so the current development of ecological economy in the national area, mainly for its resource conservation oriented economic development model for analysis and improvement. This paper, based on the reality background of constructing the Chinese dream, use Marx＇s ecological thought, theory and method to reveal and explore the practical situation of resource conservation, resource exploitation and resource utilization in the western minority areas, and put forward some feasible suggestions for the exploitation of ecological protection and ecological protection in the western minority areas.
