摘要
江西省博物馆藏赣州地区114件契约文书是研究赣州地方历史文化的宝贵资料。从契约文书可以看出,赣南地区产业交易的程序较为复杂,一般可以分为交易的前期准备事项、现场踏看、签订"议字"与预付定金、立契与付款、买主管业与过割纳税五个程序。而其中的签订"议字"是赣南特有的程序。在房产交易的买主管业程序中,还有向卖主交"出屋礼"和"出屋移牌"习俗。这些交易习俗反映出赣南客家求实、严谨的习惯、对土地的依恋以及浓厚的祖先崇拜观念。
The No.114 contract document of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Provincial Museum is a precious material to study Ganzhou local history and culture. It can be seen from the contract document that industry trading program in Gannan region is relatively complex, which generally can be divided into five procedures, such as trading preparation matters, the scene in possession, signed a ＂discussion＂ and the down payment, sign and payment, the buyer pipe and a delivery tax.Among it sign ＂Yizi＂ is a special program in Gannan. In the estate transaction, buyers still have to supply the ＂move out of the house＂ ritual and obey the ＂Handing over the brand＂ custom. These trading customs reflect the realistic, rigorous habit of Gannan Hakka, the attachment to the land and the strong ancestor worship concept.
