摘要
拥有一支稳定的基层知识型员工队伍是制造型企业快速发展的保证。当前,河南省汽车行业新入职高职毕业生的高离职率现象值得关注。新入职高职毕业生普遍表现出对企业管理方式不适应。对此,企业应运用激励双因素理论,改进管理方式,为新入职高职毕业生搭建更广阔的发展平台,增强人力资源管理的有效性,从而降低离职率,提高汽车企业发展的质量和效益。另一方面,高职院校要通过融合校企文化来增强学生对企业管理方式的适应性,树立学生的敬业精神,提高学生的就业质量。
High quality and stability of the grass-root level of knowledge workers ensure the rapid development of automobile manufacturing enterprises. This paper takes Henan automobile industry's new recruits from higher vocational graduates as the subjects,analyzing their status quo to find out the reasons for the high turnover rate. The article argues that the use of two-factor theory of motivation and integration can improve students' adaptability to enterprise management,enhance the effectiveness of automobile enterprise human resource management,thus finally reducing the turnover rate and improving the quality of students' employment.
