摘要
当前,机器人技术在制造业中发挥着重要作用.机器人综合运用机械、控制、检测、系统工程等方面的技术,通过其机械装置、伺服单元、控制系统和传感器系统等组成部分的协调运作,实现控制系统的指令要求.机器人依靠软件系统进行信息处理,依靠执行机构来完成既定的工作任务.机器人技术的使用保证了加工的准确性,大大提高了机械制造业的生产效率.
Robot technology plays an important role in the manufacturing industry with the progress and development of science and technology. The robot utilizes technology of machinery,control,inspection,and system engineering comprehensively,the coordinated movement of mechanical device,servo unit,control and sensor system achieves the instructions of control system. For the robot,software system processes information,actuator completes its task,so the accuracy of the process is ensured,and the production efficiency of the machinery manufacturing industry is improved greatly.
