均匀设计法优化葡萄籽油萃取工艺条件的研究

摘要 采用正交实验优化了葡萄渣提油的预处理条件;采用均匀设计方法,通过对萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间及CO_2流量四个因素的考察,优化了葡萄籽油超临界CO_2萃取的工艺条件。研究表明葡萄籽油超临界CO_2的最佳工艺条件为:葡萄渣粉碎粒度40目,萃取压力28MPa,CO_2流量30L/h,萃取温度30℃,提取时间93min,一级分离压力8MPa,一级分离温度45℃,二级分离压力5MPa,二级分离温度30℃,在此条件下葡萄籽、皮渣出油率达21.1%。 The pretreatment conditions of the grape seed iol extracted from the grape pomace was optimized by the orthogonal experiment.the method of the grape seed oil extracted by Supercritical carbon dioxide extraction(SCF-CO2)was optimized by uniform design.the extraction temperature,pressure,time and CO2 fluid were investigated in this experiment.The results indicated that the optimum extraction condition for 40 mesh particle sizes of grape seeds,28 MPa extraction pressure,30℃extraction temperature,93 minutes extraction time,30L/h CO2 fluid discharge,A separation pressure 8MPa,A separation temperature 45℃,Two separation pressure 5MPa,and Two separation temperature 30℃.the highest extraction rate reaches 21.1%.
