摘要
为了适应抽油机节能技术的发展,在主要零件驴头的设计过程中,如何在保证安全性、可靠性的前提下,减轻其重量已成为需要重点考虑的问题。然而以往的驴头设计主要凭借设计者的经验及参考外形美观程度,尤其是驴头侧板孔洞的布置缺乏科学依据,具有较大的随机盲目性,质量难以保证。因此,本文基于驴头的受力特点,结合有限元分析方法,对驴头进行了优化设计,在有效地减轻了驴头重量的基础上,提高了驴头的可靠性、安全性。
In order to adaptive the development of energy-saving technology of beam pumping unit,as an important part of beam pumping unit,how to ensure its safety and reliability and reduce its weight is an important thing to consider.But commonly,the design of horsehead is according to the experience and aesthetic measure of designers.Especially,the arrangement of the hole on the side plate of it is random,so it's difficult to ensure the quality of horsehead.Therefore,according to the loading feature of horsehead and the method of finite element analysis,we make optimized analysis of the structure of the horsehead.As a result,we are not only reducing its weight,but also improving its safety and reliability.
