摘要
为了降低纸面石膏板产品能耗,从其生产过程入手,分析干燥机排湿蒸汽余热回收方案可行性。应用热风幕技术对干燥系统进行改造,降低热损失并消除蒸汽冷凝带来的锈蚀。利用热交换技术对排湿蒸汽余热回收用于加热干燥气源和原料水。该技改项目预计年节约标准煤1390吨,可达到节能和降低生产成本的目的。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of papered gypsum plank,the feasibility of waste heat utilization is analysed form steam of papered gypsum plank production.Application of warm air curtain to the transformation of the drying system,the heat loss is reduced and the rust of equipment is avoided by steam condensation.Using the heat exchange technology,The waste heat of steam from drying system is utilized for heating of dry gas source and raw water.The technical transformation project is expected to save 1390 tons of standard coal and can achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing the cost of production.
