5种植物源农药与球孢白僵菌相容性研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了明确常用的植物源农药与杀虫真菌球孢白僵菌之间的相容性,本研究测定了5种植物源农药对球孢白僵菌孢子萌发、菌丝生长及产孢量的影响。结果表明,苦参碱和苦皮藤素与球孢白僵菌XJBb3005的相容性较好;在次亚致死剂量下,对球孢白僵菌孢子萌发的抑制率分别为37.66%和33.14%;在常用浓度、亚致死浓度和次亚致死浓度下,对球孢白僵菌XJBb3005菌丝生长只有轻微的抑制作用;在次亚致死剂量下,苦皮藤素对球孢白僵菌XJBb3005产孢量也只有轻微的抑制,而苦参碱还在一定程度上具有促进产孢的作用。此外,除虫菊素在3种浓度下对球孢白僵菌XJBb3005菌丝生长抑制作用小,并具有促进产孢的作用,但其对孢子的萌发却具有严重的抑制作用。印楝素和藜芦碱与球孢白僵菌的相容性差。 Compatibilities between Beauveria bassiana(strain XJBb3005) and 5 commonly used botanical pesticides was studied. Impacts of the pesticides on the spore germination, mycelia growth and sporulation of B. bassianawere tested. The results showed that matrine and celastrus angulatus were more compatible with B. bassiana than the others, with their inhibition rates on the conidial germination of 37.66% and 33.14%, respectively, when low sub-lethal concentrations of the pesticides were applied. With the commonly applied dosage, sub-lethal or low sub-lethal concentrations, these two botanical pesticides showed a slight inhibition on the mycelial growth of the bacterium. Under a low sub-lethal concentration, celastrus angulatus exerted a slight inhibition, while matrine promoted the sporulationto a certain extent. In all 3 concentrations, pyrethrin exhibited a slight inhibition on the mycelial growth, somewhat promoted the sporulation, but severely inhibited the conidial germination. On the other hand, azadirachtin and veratrine were found incompatible with B. bassiana.
