摘要
文章对毛塔粉的基础特性指标进行了研究。根据该矿基础特性及物化指标提出了两组配加方案,并在包钢500 m^2烧结机上进行了生产实践。生产应用结果表明:配加毛塔粉后烧结矿物化指标及冶金性能较基准配比(目前配比)有所改善,同时烧结矿配矿成本相应降低。
In the paper,the basic characteristics indexes of Mauritanian iron ore fines are studied. Two ore proportioning schemes are proposed according to the basic characteristics and physical chemical index of Mauritanian iron ore fines as well as they are applied in the production of 500 m^2 sintering machine of Baotou Steel. The result of production application shows that the physical chemical index and metallurgical performance of sinter are better than the standard( present)proportion with adding Mauritanian iron ore fines and the cost of ore proportioning for sintering is reduced relatively.
