装煤车清盖台车液压系统换向阀选型改造 被引量:1

摘要 装煤车的清盖台车机构为液压驱动,控制系统由单向节流阀与电磁换向阀组成,但由于液压系统设计失误,产生台车在停止位时,油缸失控溜出而驱动台车前进的故障。分析后将原控制系统的电磁换向阀改为4WE6J6X/EG24N9K4型并加装Z2S6-1-6X的液压锁,以消除故障点。 The mechanism for clearing cover trolley of charging car is the hydraulic drive as well as the control system is constituted by one-way throttle valve and electromagnetic directional valve. Due to the false design of hydraulic system,when the trolley is at the stop position,there is the fault that the oil cylinder is out of control and slipping out while the driving carriage is forward. Finally,the electromagnetic directional valve of the former control system is changed to 4WE6J6 X /EG24N9K4 and the Z2S6-1-6X hydraulic lock is installed to eliminate the fault.
