摘要
文章结合新建RH炉装备条件、生产工艺技术特点,以DC04钢生产实际为例,全面地分析了RH炉冶炼超低碳钢工艺控制要素,讨论了各个工艺环节间的相互联系,提出了稳定生产超低碳品种钢的工艺和提高产品质量的改进措施。
In the paper,it is analyzed roundly the process control element of smelting the ultra-low carbon steel with RH furnace,discussed the interrelation of all technological links as well as proposed the technology for stable production of ultra-low carbon steel and the improvement measures for improving product quality by taking the actual production of DC04 steel as an example combined with the equipment condition and technical features of production process for the newly-built RH furnace.
