摘要
文章简要阐述了板坯纵裂形成机理,并结合稀土钢板材公司2 150 mm和1 650 mm板坯连铸机的生产实践,从钢水成分、钢水过热度、结晶器水温、浸入水口深度、拉速等方面分析调查影响铸坯纵裂产生的原因,并提出了相应的解决和预防措施。
In the paper,it is briefly elaborated the formation mechanism for longitudinal crack of slab,analyzed and investigated its causes from such aspects as composition and superheat of molten steel,water temperature of crystallizer,depth of submerged nozzle and casting speed combining with the production practice of 2150 mm and 1650 mm slab caster of the company as well as proposed the corresponding solutions and preventive measures.
