摘要
文章总结了2 250 mm生产线生产厚度20 mm和25 mm的Q390C热轧钢带的工艺特点,着重研究影响Q390C抗层状撕裂性能的原因,并采取了相应的生产控制方法,成功的研制了具有良好的Z向性能的厚规格Q390C热轧钢带,产品得到了用户的好评。
In the paper,it is summarized the technological characteristics of manufacturing Q390 C hot rolled band with thickness of 20 mm and 25 mm with the 2 250 mm hot rolling production line as well as studied the causes of influencing its resistance to lamination crack and the corresponding production control methods are applied to successfully develop the thick gauge Q390 C hot rolled band with good Z-direction properties,which is got the favourable comments of users.
