摘要 针对包钢2 250 mm热轧带钢卷取过程中易产生塔形、溢出边等问题,从卷取区域设备和工艺控制等方面进行研究讨论。对各种塔形进行分类、产生的原因进行分析,采取相应控制措施,减少带钢塔形,改善钢卷外观质量。从而提高热轧成品卷的合格率和成材率,达到降本增效的目的。 In the paper,it is studied and discussed the equipment and process control in the coiling area aiming at the problems that there are easily the turriform and overflow in the process of coiling 2 250 mm hot rolled strip of Baotou Steel.Moreover,the various turriform is classified and the causes are analyzed. Finally,the relative measures are taken to reduce turriform of the strip and improve the appearance quality of coil of strip so that the qualification rate and yield of hot rolled coil of strip are improved. As a result,the costs are reduced and the efficiency is increased.
