Surfacing Repair for Wrapping Roll

通过对助卷辊报废原因及助卷辊母材性能分析,提出用螺旋埋弧堆焊的方法对报废助卷辊进行修复,经实践证明修复后的助卷辊使用寿命与新助卷辊使用寿命相当,经济效益明显。

In the paper,it is proposed the scrapped wrapping roll is repaired by surfacing with the spiral submerged arc through analyzing the scrap reasons and the performances of base material for wrapping roll. The practices show that the service time of repaired wrapping roll is the same as that of new wrapping roll and the economic benefit is obvious.
