The Vocational Adaptive Phase of a Collegiate Political and Ideological Instructor: Problems and Solutions

高等学校辅导员职业适应期是辅导员队伍专业化建设的重要环节,高等学校新进辅导员适应期存在对辅导员工作定位不清造成管理层忽视、缺乏科学化管理过于依赖"老带新"经验传承、缺乏科学预见导致工作失误倒逼业务学习等问题,对此,应采取提高主管部门的重视,促进从结果考核转向过程管理;打造辅导员团队,使辅导员由被动到主动职业追求;打造标准化科学管理模式,减少可预防工作失误等策略。

The vocational adaptive phase of a collegiate political and ideological instructor is an important one for the professionalization construction of the political and ideological instructors team. Problems exist in the professional adaptive phase of a new political and ideological instructor： the unclear duty orientation of political and ideological instructors leads to the fact that the school authorities pay little attention to them; the lack of scientific management leads to the fact that new comers depend too much upon the-senior-instructor-instructs-the-junior-one-with-his- experience mode; and the shortage of anticipation leads to faults in work which in turn compel the new instructors to accept further vocational study. Such problems should be solved by urging the competent authorities to pay much attention to the vocational adaptive phase of collegiate political and ideological instructors, changing the current result-oriented assessment into the process-oriented one, building the instructor team to change the collegiate political and ideological instructor work from a means of survival into a career pursuit, and construct a standardized scientific managemental mode to reduce preventable work faults.
