宽带射频激励器中的直接正交调制电路设计

Design of Direct Quadrature Modulator Circuit in Wideband RF Exciter

设计了一种采用交流耦合形式的正交调制电路,工作频段为800~2000MHz,整个工作频段范围内最大瞬时带宽达到300MHz,杂散抑制达到50d B以上,且具有体积小、功耗低等优点,已成功应用于相关系统中。

This paper presents a orthogonal modulation circuit based on AC coupling type with the center frequency 800 M ~ 2000 MHz. The instantaneous bandwidth is achieved at 300 MHz in the entire operating band,the spur suppression is better than 50 d B. This module also has advantages of small size and low power consumption, and it has been successful applied in the reality system.
