浅谈高职院校新生班级辅导员助理培养机制

新生辅导员助理是在辅导员的领导下对新生班级进行直接管理的优秀学生。选拔和培养新生班级辅导员助理,对帮助新生适应大学生活、培育团结向上的新集体具有重要意义。培养辅导员助理存在工作对象差异化、工作环境多变化的特征,必须把握好高职院校自身环境和学生特点开展工作。湖南商务职业技术学院辅导员助理培养机制从任期前、任期中和任期末三个阶段对新生辅导员助理进行培养,既提高了学生的综合素质,也加强了辅导员对班级的管控能力。

Counselor assistants of freshmen are the excellent students managing new classes directly under the counselors＇ guidance. It is of great significance to select and train the assistants for the fresh classes so as to help first-year students adapt to college life and create new active united teams. In the training, as there are such features as the differentiation of targeted objects and changeable working environments, it is essential to make the most of their environments in higher vocational colleges and students＇ characteristics. The training system of Hunan Vocational College of Commerce cultivate these assistants for freshmen from the three stages： before the work, in the work and by the end of the work, improving the students＇ comprehensive qualities while enhancing counselors＇ supervising leadership in the classes.
