摘要
比较分析了甘草种子经种衣剂包衣处理条件下,甘草植株某些生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,甘草种衣剂包衣处理后,甘草植株根系活力、叶绿素含量、硝态氮含量、蛋白质含量和可溶性糖的含量显著提高。表明甘草种衣剂可以提高中药材甘草的品质与产量。
Physiological characteristics of G. uralensis treated by seed coating were studied. The results indicated that after being treated by seed coating,Total absorption area of root,the content of total chlorophyll,the content of total NO3-N,the content of total protein and the content of total soluble sugar of G. uralensis increased significantly. This proved that the seed coating could improve both quality and yield of G. uralensis.
