深部煤层瓦斯抽采的数值模拟与现场实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高矿井深部煤层瓦斯抽采效果,分析深部煤层瓦斯抽采效率的影响因素,采用计算机数值模拟与现场实验相结合的方法,研究煤层瓦斯抽采规律。应用CFD软件建立煤层的抽采三维数值模型,以抽采钻孔间距和抽采时间为多元变量,模拟多孔抽采,通过分析得出钻孔间距对抽采时间的影响规律和抽采钻孔的有效影响范围。结果表明:7 m的钻孔间距、-30 k Pa的抽采负压值和100 d内的抽采方法,其抽采效率提高了20%,抽采浓度也有所提高。该研究为煤矿的瓦斯抽采提供了参考。 This paper is aimed at improving the effect of gas drainage in deep coal seam. The improvement research is focused on analyzing the influence factors of gas drainage efficiency in deep coal seam and investigating the law governing gas drainage in coal seam by means of computer numerical simulation and field experiment. The study describes the development of the three-dimensional numerical model of entity extraction in coal seam by applying CFD numerical simulation software, the simulation of the porous pumping by using the spacing of the drilling hole and the extraction time as the multiple variables, and identification of the law behind the influence of hole spacing on and drainage time; and the effective influence range of drainage boreholes. The results show that the proposed extraction method applying the borehole distance of 7 m, the drainage negative pressure value of-30 k Pa, and time limit of 100 days of pumping provides 20 percentagepoint- increase over that produced by the conventional method. The study may provide a reference for gas drainage in coal mines.
