摘要
为了提高油页岩中有机质的利用效率,以依兰油页岩为原料,分别以HNO_3、H_2O_2、NaClO、O_3为氧化剂,对油页岩进行逐级氧化,以CH_3OH为萃取剂对逐级氧化油页岩进行萃取,计算各级萃取率,并对各级萃取物及萃余物进行红外光谱分析。结果表明,通过四级氧化/萃取可以使油页岩中有机质的提取率达到96.67%;逐级氧化过程中,油页岩油母侧链小分子和芳香结构化合物均被氧化,油页岩逐级氧化提取液中含有—C O、—OH、—C—O、—CH_2—等基团,并有腐植酸生成。该研究为油页岩的高效利用提供了新途径。
This paper is aimed at improving the utilization efficiency of organic matter in oil shale.The improvement research involves sequentially oxidizing the Yilan oil shale using nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide, sodium hypochlorite and ozone; extracting sequentially oxidized oil shale using methanol as an extracting agent; calculating the sequential oxidation extraction rate; and performing infrared spectrum(IR) analysis of all oxides and extracts. Results show that four-stage oxidation /extraction gives a 96.67% oxidation/extraction rate of organic matter and sequential oxidation provides an oxidation of the side chains and aromatic hydrocarbon structures in kerogen; extracts of sequential oxides contain groups of —C O, —OH, —C—O, CH_2—, and humic acid. The research may provide a new way for an efficient utilization of oil shale.
