一种基于开关电感电容技术的耦合电感升压变换器 被引量:2

摘要 为了克服燃料电池输出电压较低,提高并网效率,设计一种具有高效率和高增益的变换器。利用开关电感和开关电容技术,研究一种融合三线圈耦合电感、开关电容和无源钳位技术的新型DC-DC变换器。通过搭建一个开关频率为50 k Hz、输入电压20 V、输出电压200 V功率200W的实验样机,验证了该变换器具有低的开关管电压应力、低的电压尖峰、高的电压增益的优点,有效改善了变换器的效率。 This paper is motivated by the need for overcoming the lower output voltage in the fuel cell and effectively improving the grid efficiency and proposes the design of a novel DC-DC converter with a higher voltage gain and efficiency. This converter is developed by using switched-inductor and switched-capacitor techniques and thereby integrating three-winding coupled inductors, switched-capacitor,and passive lossless clamped circuit techniques to achieve efficient grid. The better performance of the proposed converter with a lower voltage stress and peek voltage on MOSFET and a higher voltage gain is validated by building a prototype circuit at 50 k Hz switching frequency with 20 V input voltage, 200 V output voltage, and 200 W output power is built in the laboratory, thus effectively improving the converter efficiency.
