摘要 为了提高煤矿机械人机协作作业的安全和效率,在分析煤矿机械人机界面的基础上,基于人机工程学标准,搭建煤矿机械人机界面评价指标体系,并提出各项评价指标的权重确定方法和量化方法。应用物元分析方法构建煤矿机械人机界面安全评价的数学模型,利用该模型对矿井提升机人机界面进行实例评价,获得了人机界面安全等级评价结果,依据评价结果有针对性地对人机界面设计缺陷进行改进。结果表明:该方法可以克服传统的主观量化方法易受个人经验和偏好影响的缺点,能够有效地完成煤矿机械人机界面的安全评价工作。 This paper is aimed at a better safety and more efficient performance of human-machine collaboration required for coal mine machinery. The study is focused on developing evaluation index system of human-machine interface for coal mine machinery by analyzing the human-machine interface and applying ergonomics standards; and thereby laying the theoretical foundations for safety assessment by creating the methods of weight determination and quantification for every evaluation index. The study describes the development of a mathematical model designed for the safety evaluation of human-machine interface based on matter element analysis method for coal mine machinery; the practical evaluation of human-machine interface involved in mine hoist; and the provision of the safety grades of human-machine interface and thereby the targeted improvement in design flaws affecting the human-machine interface. The result shows that the proposed method, capable of overcoming the drawback inherent in the conventional subjective quantification method vulnerable to the influence of individual experiences and preferences, can offer an effective safety evaluation of human-machine interface for coal mine machinery.
