高校心理咨询已经过多年的发展,并且取得长足进展。但结合当前的实践现状分析可以发现,心理咨询机构并不健全,存在发展不平衡、队伍不专业以及专业教师匮乏的问题。高校心理咨询机构的设立,能够有效缓解大学生心理压力,塑造良好的思想品质,为大学生提供优质的生活及学习环境。基于此,此次研究将高校心理咨询机构设立作为研究切入点,探究具体对策。

College psychological counseling has obtained considerable development. But through the analysis of current status quo of practice, problems can be found that the imperfect psychological consultation mechanism, uneven development, the lack of professional teams and teachers. The foundation of the college psychological consultation mechanism can help the undergraduate with relieving mental stress, building good quality character and can provide them with favorable environment to live and study. Based on the above, the study explores the specific countermeasures, using the establishment of the college psychological counseling agencies as an entry point.
