摘要
当前我国零售管理类岗位对人才的需求分为两个极端,即普通零售人员需求日益减少,各个企业都在进行裁员和机构重整;而零售管理类高技能人才需求日趋增高,社会人才供应能力明显不足。究其原因主要是我国零售服务贸易市场对外全面开放,外资企业的纷纷涌入形成了国内市场国际竞争化态势,目前外资企业的经营策略的"本土化"进程急需加快,内资企业管理科学性急需提升,自有品牌创建任务艰巨。因此,企业越来越倾向于从高校中招聘高素质人才,而高等院校对企业的技术支持更加大了企业的合作意愿及深度,深入推动了"校企双主体"人才培养模式的研究与实施。
China's current need for retail management personnel is divided into two extremes: on the one hand, the need for ordinary retail staff is decreasing day by day, all companies are conducting layoffs and institutional restructuring; on the other hand, the need for high-skilled retail management personnel is increasing, social talent supply capacity is clearly insufficient. The main reason is that the overseas-funded enterprises flooding into the domestic market leads to international competition due to the retail service market open to the outside. The "localization" progress of overseas-funded enterprises' business strategy needs to be accelerated, the scientificity of domestic enterprises management needs to be improved, the task of own brand establishment is arduous. Thus enterprises are increasingly inclined to recruit high-quality talent from universities, technical supports of universities to enterprises increase willingness and depth to cooperate, which promotes the research and implement on the "university and enterprise dual subjects" mode of personnel cultivation.
