柔性冻结管接头压缩性能的数值模拟研究

摘要 在深厚表土冻结法凿井工程中常发生的冻结管断裂事故,对工程安全造成了严重威胁。为解决冻结管断裂问题,本文采用数值计算方法对"Ω"形冻结管接头的压缩力学特性进行研究。由计算结果看出,在轴向压力作用下,接头断裂前其轴向压缩量可达20mm以上,径向位移量可达10mm以上。因此,该种接头在轴向和横向上均具有良好的柔性,可适应冻结壁温度变形、冻胀变形和开挖变形,防止冻结管断裂。 In recent years,accidents of freezing pipe breaks in the freezing shaft sinking engineering of deep surface soil has posed a serious threat to the engineering safety. In order to solve the frozen pipe breaks,this article researches into the compressive dynamic properties of the Ω shaped freezing pipe joints using numerical calculation method. The result shows that this flexible freezing pipe joint is up to 20 mm in axial compression and up to 10 mm in radial displacement under axial pressure. Also this kind of joint has good flexibility in both axial and lateral direction,which can adapt to the temperature deformation,the frost deformation and the excavation deformation of the frozen wall,and prevent freezing pipes breaks.
