摘要
建立某型活塞航空煤油发动机活塞销受力数学模型,分析活塞顶部与活塞裙部连接螺纹位置对活塞销受力的影响。在温度场、热应力和机械应力多场耦合条件下,利用ANSYS软件分析活塞销孔的变形。对螺纹位置改变前后的燃烧室、活塞裙部重要位置点的温度进行模拟和测量。研究结果表明:螺纹位置改变后,活塞销孔变形减小50μm,活塞销磨损状况得到改善;螺纹位置改变前后燃烧效率没有改变,但在多场耦合作用下,燃烧室中间略有凸起。
By establishing mechanics-mathematical model of wrist pin bore installed in aero-piston kerosene engines, the force created by thread connection position between piston crown and piston skirt was analyzed. Under the condition of temperature, thermal stress and mechanical stress coupling, the deformation of the wrist pin hole was analyzed by using ANSYS software. The important point temperatures of combustion chamber and piston skirt after changing thread position were simulated and measured. The results show that deformation decreases 50 μm after changing thread position, and that the wear and tear condition of the wrist pin is improved. The combustion efficiency is not changed, but the center of combustion chamber rises a little under the condition of multi-field coupling.
