摘要
引入平衡计分卡进行公益类科研院所创新绩效评价,将平衡计分卡的框架修正为科研院所创新成本、创新效果、内部管理、学习与发展4个维度,并在此基础上对公益类科研院所创新绩效评价方法进行探索。
The paper introduces Balanced Score Card in innovation performance evaluation in public scientific research institutes, amends frame of Balanced Score Card as 4 basic dimensions of innovation cost, innovation effect, internal management and learning and development of scientific research institute, and on this basis explores evaluation methods of innovation performance of public scientific research institutes.
