摘要 科普教育作为一种科学教育手段,是提高全民科学素质的重要方法,是社会精神文明建设的重要部分。近年来,我国科普工作取得了显著成效,公民科学素质大幅度提高,为社会发展和经济建设提供了重要的支撑,做好科普工作已成为社会性的、全民性的工作。本文分析了国内外科普教育的发展趋势,总结了北京目前科普教育工作的现状与特点,探讨了北京市科普教育存在的一些主要问题,并提出了改进北京市科普教育的相关对策建议。在北京市建设全国科技创新中心的大背景下,加强科普教育,对于提高北京市公民的科学素质,推动现代化大都市的建设和全国科技创新中心的建设具有现实意义。 Popular science education is the effective method for increasing scientific quality of the whole people, also is the important component of constructing the social spiritual civilization. In recent years, popular science have been made remarkable effect in our country, the scientific quality of citizen have been made substantial increase, it have provided important sustain for the social developing and the economic constructing. It already became a work for the society and entire people to do popular science better. This paper analyzes the development trend of popular science education at home and abroad, summarizes the current situation and characteristics of Beijing science education, discusses some main problems of Beijing science education, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the science education in Beijing. Under the background of building the national science and technology innovation center in Beijing City, strengthening science education is of practical significance to improve the scientific quality of the citizens of Beijing City, and promote the construction of the modern metropolis and the construction of the national science and technology innovation center.
