增强自我效能联合抚触护理对妊娠高血压产妇心理应激反应及妊娠结局影响

Enhance self-efficacy joint touch care of gestational hypertension maternal psychological stress reaction and pregnancy outcome

目的分析增强自我效能联合抚触护理在改善妊娠高血压产妇心理应激反应及妊娠结局的价值。方法将2013年5月~2015年4月我院收治的124例妊娠高血压产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各62例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组应用增强自我效能联合抚触护理。比较两组产妇心理应激反应和妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后收缩压、舒张压、心率、HAMA、HAMD评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组剖宫产率、产妇产后出血率、新生儿窒息率显著低于对照组,家属满意率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论增强自我效能联合抚触护理,可以显著改善妊娠高血压产妇心理应激反应和妊娠结局。

Objective to study the enhancing self-efficacy joint touch care of gestational hypertension maternal psychological stress reaction,effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods From May 2013 to April 2015 124 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension maternal were randomly divided into observation group and the control group（n = 62）in our hospital,the control group given during among given routine nursing care,observation group application of combined touch nursing enhance self-efficacy,compared two groups of maternal psychological stress reaction,the difference of labor.Results the contraction pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,HAMA and HAMD score of observation group after the intervention were respectively（114.4±13.6）mmHg,（71.3±4.7）mmHg,（71.3±3.6）times/min,（11.25±3.61）mark,（10.13±3.75）mark,which were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were 51.61%,3.22% and 1.61% respectively,which were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The family satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion enhancing self-efficacy joint touch nursing can effectively reduce pregnancy-induced hypertension maternal psychological stress and negative emotions before delivery and improve the delivery outcome.
