以情境分析为导向的门诊护患互动式安全管理实践效果研究

目的研究以情境分析为导向的门诊护患互动式安全管理实践效果。方法随机选择接受简单护患互动式安全管理（2015年1月~3月）与接受以情境分析为导向的门诊护患互动式安全管理（2015年4月~6月）的门诊患者各100例作为研究对象,分别设为简单互动组和情境分析组。比较两组各相关观察指标的差异。结果情境分析组互动式安全管理四因素达标率、患者安全度评分均显著高于简单互动组,护理不安全事件发生率、护理不安全事件相关投诉率均显著低于简单互动组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论实施以情境分析为导向的门诊护患互动式安全管理,可提高门诊护患互动式安全管理四因素达标率和门诊患者安全度,降低门诊护理不安全事件发生率及门诊护理不安全事件相关投诉率。

Objective To scenario analysis research-oriented outpatient nurse-patient interaction effect safety management practices.Methods Our hospital in January 2015 to March to take simple safety management nurse-patient interaction,April 2015 to June implement scenario analysis-oriented interactive clinic nurse-patient safety management,each index comparing the two security management implementation differences between.Results Scenario analysis outpatient group interactive security management standard rate of four factors,patient safety scores were significantly higher than simple interactive outpatient group,the incidence of unsafe events outpatient care,outpatient care related complaints of unsafe events were significantly lower than simple interaction cases,the difference was statistically significant,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of scenario analysis clinic nurse-patient-oriented interactive safety management,can improve the nurse-patient clinic four factors interactive security management compliance rate and outpatient patient safety,reduce the incidence of unsafe events outpatient care and outpatient care in outpatient care is not security event-related complaint rate.
