摘要
目的探讨综合模拟患儿(SimBaby)在儿科实习护生沟通能力培训中应用的效果。方法将80名儿科实习护生,随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理实习教学。实验组在对照组的基础上采用SimBaby进行培训。并对两组沟通能力进行评价。结果干预后两组沟通能力比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 SimBaby有利于儿科实习护生沟通能力的培养,值得广泛开展实施。
Objective To evaluate the SimBaby in the training of nursing students' communication skills。Methods 80 pediatric nursing students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases and 40 cases.In the experimental group,the SimBaby was trained and the control group received routine nursing practice teaching,and the effect of the nursing students in the two groups was evaluated.Results The communication ability of nursing students in the two groups showed that the SimBaby group had a statistically significant difference(P〈0.05)in the planning and preparation of the communication,the "start",the collection of information,the information,the understanding of the patient's perspective,and the end of nurse patient communication.Conclusion SimBaby is in favor of the cultivation of communication ability of nursing students in pediatric practice.
