摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对PICC置管患者维护依从性的影响。方法选取2013年10月~2015年10月我科就诊的PICC置管患者90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为心理护理组和常规护理组,各45例。常规护理组给予常规临床护理。心理护理组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预。观察两组PICC置管维护的依从性和并发症发生情况,并进行比较。结果心理护理组PICC置管维护依从率0级和一级分别为31.11%和46.67%,总依从率为91.11%;常规护理组PICC置管维护依从率0级和一级分别为15.56%和22.22%,总依从率为68.89%。但心理护理组二级和三级依从率低于常规护理组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。心理护理组PICC置管并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论心理护理干预对提高PICC置管患者维护依从性方面具有积极作用,且降低了PICC置管并发症的发生率,更适用于PICC置管的护理。
Objective To explore the maintain compliance effection of psychological nursing on patients with PICC catheter.Methods Select 90 patients with PICC catheter between October 2013 and October 2015 in our hospital as the main research object.Before the test,randomly set psychological nursing group(n=45)with psychological nursing and routine nursing group(n=45)with conventional nursing.Observe and record two groups of patients' maintain compliance and complications to comparative analysis the psychological nursing effection.Results Psychological nursing patients' maintain compliance rate of level 0and level 1were 31.11% and 46.67% respectively,the total compliance rate was 91.11%;patients with routine nursing compliance rate of level 0and level 1were 15.56% and 22.22%respectively,the total compliance rate was 68.89%.Secondary and tertiary compliance in psychological nursing patients were lower than the routine nursing group.Comprehensively,psychological nursing patients with PICC catheter were better than the routine nursing group in maintain compliance,differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).In addition,psychological nursing group patients complications was lower than the routine nursing group,especially in vascular rupture,blood clots and infection,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve PICC catheter patients' maintenance compliance,greatly reduces the risk of PICC catheter,more suitable for PICC catheter nursing.
