摘要
延迟焦化是石油加工中的一种主要加工过程,广泛应用于国内外的炼油厂。采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对延迟焦化装置的分馏塔和吸收稳定单元(包括吸收塔、再吸收塔、解吸塔、稳定塔等)进行模拟,运用模型对过程的关键参数如分馏塔取热、柴蜡重叠度、富吸收油温度、中段回流、柴油回流量、蜡油返塔量、塔压、塔顶回流、吸收剂流量、温度等进行综合分析,在各塔产品控制指标达标的前提下,选择最优的操作参数,降低装置能耗,提升装置经济效益。对中国石化所属15套装置依据流程模拟提出优化方案并予以实施,每年合计实现装置挖潜增效6546万元,在实现装置节能降耗的同时,也取得了可观的经济效益,提高了中国石化延迟焦化装置的精细化操作水平和管理水平。
Delayed coking is an important component of the oil processing process and is widely used in both domestic and foreign refineries.Using the Aspen Plus process simulaiton software,technicians simulated the fractionating column and absorption and stabilizing units of a delayed coking plant(including the absorption column,reabsorber,desorber and stabilizer).A model was used to analyze key parameters of the process,such as heat removal for the fractionating column,diesel-wax oil overlapping degree,temperature of rich absorent oil,mid-segment reflux,diesel fuel reflux volume,wax oil return volume,column pressure,column top reflux,absorbent flow and temperature.While ensuring to meet the control specifications for products produced at all columns,these technicians selected the optimum operating parameters to reduce energy use of the plant and increase the revenue from the plant.Based on process simulation,they proposed and implemented optimization schemes for 15 plants of Sinopec.As a result,annual economic benefits from these measures totaled 65.46 million yuan.While achieving energy saving,these measures have brought the company significant economic benefits and also improved the operational and managerial levels of Sinopec ′s delayed coking plants.
