“强势”领导干部“落马”的警示

大部分"强势"领导干部工作有魄力,大胆改革,勇于创新,工作成绩突出,且个性鲜明,社会知名度较高。但其中一些人政绩观扭曲,急功近利,法制观念淡薄,独断专行,大权独揽,生活腐化堕落,最终落马丢官。应正视"强势"领导干部"落马"的现象,从中吸取深刻的教训。领导干部要始终坚持依法办事、推进改革,要牢固树立正确的政绩观和科学发展观,不可居功自傲,要防微杜渐,拒腐防变。要加强对领导干部的管理和监督制约,但不要磨掉领导干部的"锐气"。要从"强势"领导干部"落马"中吸取正面的教训,防止谨小慎微、不愿作为、不敢作为、老好人主义等风气的滋生蔓延。

Most of aggressive leaders are courageous and resolute in innovations and reforms, therefore they usually have higher performance in their work. They usually have distinct personalities and well-known social fame. However, some of them have distorted political values and are too eager for quick success and benefits; they are very weak in the understanding of laws, often acting in a monopoly and dictator manner; their corrupt lives lead themselves to their final resigning or ending in prison. We need to pay attention to the phenomenon of the corruption and resigning of aggressive leaders and learn a lesson from them. Our government officials should adhere to principles and laws, and carry out the reform with correct political success values and scientific development view. We should not claim glories based on our past success. Instead we should take precautions before any illegal or evil actions are taken and guard against corruptions and degenerations. We need strengthen our administration and supervision constraints upon our officials but meanwhile keep their drive. We should learn positive lessons from those aggressive officials who have to resign for their improper political actions. However, we need also take actions to prevent the officials from being too timid and overcautious.
