摘要
山药是药食兼用植物,山药多糖被认为是山药中重要的活性物质之一。通过查阅国内相关文献,分析、归纳、总结近年来山药多糖的提取纯化和生物活性方面的研究进展,为山药多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。
Chinese yam is a kind of medical and edible plant, Chinese yam polysaccharides is one of the important active ingredients in Chinese yam. In the article, it summarized and analyzed the research progress of extraction and purification for Chinese yam polysaccharides and its bioactive referring to domestic related documents in recent years, provide a reference for further development and utilization of Chinese yam polysaccharides.
