摘要
大枣是药食兼用植物,大枣多糖是大枣中重要的活性物质之一。综述国内大枣多糖的提取工艺及方法,介绍其分离纯化技术研究进展,为进一步开展大枣多糖的相关研究提供理论参考。
Jujube is an edible and medicinal plant, jujube polysaccharides is regarded as one of the important active ingredients in jujube. In the article, it summarized the extraction techniques and methods for jujube polysaccharides in China, and introduced its research progress of separation and purification technique, in order to provide a theoretical reference for further development of jujube polysaccharides.
