换流变压器穿墙套管封堵涡流损耗优化研究

摘要 本文探究了换流变压器穿墙套管封堵金属板产生涡流损耗的机理,以及影响其涡流损耗的多种因素,主要包括封堵板的材质,换流变阀侧电流及其谐波电流的大小,以及封堵板的分割布局方式等;同时,利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对这些影响因素分别进行仿真研究,进一步分析了这些因素对于封堵板涡流损耗的具体影响方式,由此探究降低封堵板涡流损耗的方法。本文提出的降低封堵板涡流损耗的方法和建议在阀厅施工及安装方面具有重要的参考价值。 This paper explores the mechanism of eddy current losses in the valve hall blocking metal plates of converter transformer. The various factors affecting the eddy current loss, such as the material of the blocking metal plates, the fundamental and the harmonic current of converter transformer value side, and the partition and layout method of the blocking plates, are also analysed. Furthermore, the Ansoft Maxwell software is used to analyse the effects of the influence factors on the eddy current loss, and explore the methods of reducing the eddy current loss. The methods and the suggestions proposed in this paper have important reference value on the valve hall construction and installation.
