肺开放通气策略在心脏手术中的应用

摘要 术后肺功能障碍(postoperative pulmonary dysfunction,PPD)是心脏术后一种常见并发症,但导致PPD发生的机制至今仍不清楚。PPD的临床表现主要包括胸腔积液(27%-95%),肺不张(16.6%-88%),无临床症状低氧血症(3%-10%)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(0.5%-1.7%)。
