Planning for the Development of Sericulture Industry in Huzhou During the 13^(th) Five-Year Plan Period

在总结十二五蚕业发展的基础上,为十三五蚕桑产业的发展制定规划。在指导思想、发展目标、产业布局等方面提出了总体要求;规划对工作重点也提出了具体要求:加强基础建设,尽快稳定蚕桑基地,培育新型主体,尽快完善经营体制;推进机制创新,尽快提升产业水平;依靠科技创新,尽快提升产业效益;传承蚕桑历史,尽快形成湖州蚕桑文化特色。

Based on summarizing the development of sericulture on the 12 th Five-Year Plan,planning for the development of sericulture industry in Huzhou during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period was formulated. The overall requirements in guiding ideology,development goals and industrial layout were put forward. Planning has also put forward the specific requirements of the focus of the work： strengthening basic construction,stabilizing silkworm base,cultivating a new type of subject,perfect management system; advancing mechanism innovation,upgrading industry level; enhancing the industrial efficiency rely on scientific and technological innovation; inheriting the sericulture history,formating Huzhou sericulture.
