Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理学行为的相关性

摘要 [目的]探讨Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理学行为的相关性.[方法]选取62例乳腺癌和62例癌旁组织芯片,利用免疫组织化学方法检测Bmi-1蛋白在乳腺癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平.[结果]Bmi-1蛋白在62例乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为83.4%,与在癌旁组织中的12.9%相比较明显升高(P〈0.01).在TNM分期中,T2和T3,T4期阳性表达率分别为87.1%和92.0%,与T1期33.3%相比较均明显提高(P〈0.01).有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌中阳性表达率为92.2%,与无淋巴结转移的45.5%相比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01).在临床分期1~2期和3~4期中阳性表达率分别为70.8%和92.1%,相比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).[结论]Bmi-1蛋白的高表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,且与乳腺癌的T分期、临床分期和淋巴结转移相关. OBJECTIVETo study the correlation between Bmi-1 protein expression and clinicopathological behaviors of breast cancer.METHODS62 pairs of breast cancers and pericarcinomatous tissue microarray were sellected,and then Bmi-1 protein expression were detected by using immunohistochemistry.RESULTSThe positive rate of Bmi-1 protein expression was significantly higher in breast cancers(83.4%)than in pericarcinomatous tissues(12.9%,P〈0.01).In TNM stage,the positive rate of Bmi-1 protein expression was significantly higher in T2(87.1%)and T3,T4(92.0%)stages than in T1(33.3%,P〈0.01)stage.In addition,the positive rate of Bmi-1 protein expression in breast cancers with lymphnode metastasis(92.2%)was significantly higher than that in breast cancers without lymphnode metastasis(45.5%,P〈0.01).In clinical stage,the positive rate of stage 1-2and stage 3-4 was 70.8% and92.1%,respectively,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).CONCLUSIONBmi-1protein over expression played important role in breast cancer development and progression,and significantly related to T stage,clinical stage and lympnode metastasis.
