摘要
[背景]观察延边地区慢性丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)基因分型情况.[病例报告]采用荧光PCR法检测HCV RNA含量,并对含量≥104 U/mL的341例标本进行HCV基因分型检测.结果见,慢性HCV基因Ⅰ型阳性的朝鲜族和汉族分别为48,68例,阳性率分别为37.2%,32.1%,两者间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.942,P〉0.05);慢性HCV基因Ⅰ型阳性的男性和女性分别为97,19例,阳性率分别为36.7%,24.7%,两者间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.867,P〈0.05).[讨论]延边地区朝鲜族和汉族慢性HCV基因Ⅰ型感染阳性率间无明显差异,但性别间有显著差异.
BACKGROUNDTo observe the chronic hepatitis C virus(HCV)genotyping in Yanbian area.CASE REPORTS HCV RNA quantification was analyzed by FQ-PCR,and the genotypes were detected from 341 specimens with more than ≥104 U/mL.The positive number of chromic HCV genotype I in Korean-Chinese and Han nationality was 48,68,and its positive rate was 37.2%,32.1%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality(χ2=0.942,P〈0.05).The positive number of chromic HCV genotype I in male and female patients was 97,19,and its positive rates was 36.7%,24.7%,respectively,and there was a significantly different between male and female patients(χ2=3.867,P〈0.05).DISCUSSIONThe infection positive rate of chromic HCV genotype I is no significant difference between Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area,but is significant difference between male and female.
