体外震波碎石治疗难治性输尿管结石15例临床分析

Clinical analysis of treatment of 15 cases of refractory ureteral calculi by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

[背景]观察体外震波碎石（ESWL）治疗难治性输尿管结石的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择接受ESWL治疗的输尿管结石患者195例,对其中15例难治性结石患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,15例难治性结石中13例经2~5次EWSL治疗后排尽结石,2例结石无改变,施行输尿管镜下钬激光术治疗后治愈.[讨论]ESWL是治疗难治性输尿管结石快捷、安全、有效的方法,联合输尿管镜下微创术可进一步提高治疗效果.

BACKGROUNDTo observe the curative effect of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL）for treatment of refractory ureteral calculi.CASE REPORTS195 cases of ureteral calculi treated by ESWL were selected,in which the clinical data of 15 cases of refractory ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed.Out of 15 cases,the ureteral calculi in 13 cases were fully eliminated by ESWL for 2-5times,and in 2cases were not eliminated and cured after treatment of ureteroscopy with holmium laser surgery（URL）.DISCUSSIONESWL is the preferred method of quick,safe and effective for treatment of refractory ureteral calculi,and joint treatment of ureteroscopy with minimally invasive surgery can further improve the curative effect.
