果园喷雾机喷头类型与喷雾角度对雾滴沉积的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究喷头类型与喷雾角度对雾滴沉积的影响规律,将喷头在垂直平面上的喷雾角度设置为0°、±15°、±30°、±45°,选用标准实心圆锥喷头HH-SS1、扇形喷头HU-SS60-02和HU-SS60-03共3种喷头进行喷雾试验,通过雾滴沉积量和雾流穿透能力两个指标综合择优喷头喷雾角度。结果表明:3种喷头喷雾角度分别为-15°、-30°和-30°时叶片正面喷雾效果较优,角度为30°、30°和45°时叶片反面喷雾效果较优。不同喷头对应的叶片正、反面的雾滴沉积分布随喷雾角度变化的趋势基本一致,但喷头雾滴粒径越大,达到较优喷雾效果所需的喷雾角度值也相应增加。 In order to study the effects of nozzle types(HH-SS1 standard solid cone nozzle,HU-SS60-02 standard flat fan nozzle,HU-SS60-03 standard flat fan nozzle)and spray angles(0°,±15°,±30°,±45°)of vertical spray boom on spray deposition in orchard,spray deposition and penetration were measured to optimize the spray angle. The results showed that HH-SS1-15°,HU-SS60-02-30° and HU-SS60-03-30° nozzle configurations performed best at the upper side of leaves. The highest effects on deposition at the bottom side of leaves were found in HH-SS1 30°,HU-SS60-02 30° and HU-SS60-03 45° nozzle configurations. There were the same tendencies of the effects of nozzle type on the distribution of spay deposition at the upper and bottom sides of leaves. The larger droplet size was,the bigger spray angle for higher spray deposition was.
