舒血宁注射液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物对脑梗死恢复期患者血清IGF-1、IL-1及ICAM-1水平影响研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨舒血宁注射液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物对脑梗死恢复期患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、白细胞介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)及细胞间黏附分子-1(intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1)水平的影响。方法收治的120例脑梗死恢复期患者,根据用药不同分为对照组和实验组,每组各60例,实验组患者对照组基础上给予小牛血去蛋白提取物注射液,治疗结束后,对所有患者的血液流变学各指标、IGF-1、IL-1及ICAM-1水平进行检测。结果与对照组相比,实验组全血粘度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集率较低(P<0.05);实验组患者的血清IGF-1水平较高(P<0.05);实验组患者血清IL-1、ICAM-1水平较低(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁注射液联合小牛血去蛋白提取物能够显著降低脑梗死恢复期患者血清IL-1及ICAM-1水平,升高IGF-1水平,改善血液的流动性,降低血液粘稠度。 Objective To investigate Shuxuening injection combined with deproteinized extract of calf blood on serum IGF-1,IL-1 and ICAM-1level in patients with cerebral infarction recovery stage. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were collected. According to the different drug treatment,60 cases in each group were given corresponding drug treatment,on the basis of control group,the calf blood extract injection was given in experimental group. After the end of treatment,all patients blood rheology,IGF-1,IL-1 and ICAM-1 levels were tested. Results Compared with control group,the indexes of the patients in experimental group improved more significantly,whole blood viscosity,red blood cell pressure volume,platelet aggregation rate decreased significantly( P〈0. 05); serum IGF-1 levels in experimental group decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). The levels of serum IL-1,ICAM-1 in experimental group decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Shuxuening injection combined with deproteinized extract of calf blood can significantly reduce serum IGF-1,IL-1 and ICAM-1 levels in patients with cerebral infarction recovery stage,improve blood flow,reduce blood viscosity.
