红景天注射液辅助治疗对急性脑梗死患者血糖、血脂及临床疗效的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Hongjingtian injection adjuvant therapy on blood glucose,blood lipid and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨红景天注射液辅助治疗对急性脑梗死患者血糖、血脂及临床疗效影响。方法选取陕西省宝鸡市中心医院神经内科收治急性脑梗死患者40例,随机分为对照组20例予常规内科治疗;实验组20例,在对照组基础上用加红景天注射液。比较2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、血脂水平及临床有效率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后对照组TC与LDL-C水平降低(P<0.05),实验组FBG、TC、TG及LDL-C水平降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,实验组FBG、TC、TG及LDL-C水平较低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较高(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(65.00%)(P<0.05)。结论红景天注射液能够下调急性脑梗死患者空腹血糖水平,降低血清中TC、TG、LDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平,提高临床疗效,对临床具有指导意义。 Objective To investigate effect of Hongjingtian injection adjuvant therapy on blood glucose,blood lipid and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. 20 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment,20 cases in experimental group were treated on the basis of control group by Hongjingtian injection. Fasting blood glucose,blood lipids and clinical efficacy were compared post-treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment,the level of LDL-C and TC in control group was lower( P〈0. 05),the levels of FBG,TC,TG and LDL-C in experimental group were lower( P〈0. 05),and the HDL-C level was higher( P〈0. 05). Compared with control group,the levels of LDL-C,TG,TC and FBG in experimental group were lower( P〈0. 05),and the HDL-C level was higher( P〈0. 05). The total effective rate of experimental group( 95. 00%) was higher than control group( 65. 00%)( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Hongjingtian injection can decrease the level of fasting blood glucose in patients with acute cerebral infarction and decrease serum TG,TC,LDL-C level,increase the level of HDL-C,improve the clinical efficacy,and have a guiding significance for clinical.
