高效液相色谱法测定便通胶囊中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量

Determining the content of naringin and neonaringin in Biantong Capsule by HPLC

目的建立便通胶囊中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法使用C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（20∶80）为流动相,检测波长为283 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃。结果液相色谱图中各组分分离度良好,柚皮苷进样量在0.1147~2.867μg,新橙皮苷进样量在0.0807~2.0169μg范围内呈良好线性关系。2类成分的加样回收率分别为98.7%和98.4%。结论本方法专属性强,检测灵敏度高,数据重现性好,前处理操作简便,可作为便通胶囊中柚皮苷和新橙皮苷的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin and neonaringin in Biantong Capsule. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on a Zorbax Extend C18Column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,Acetonitrile-0. 1 % phosphoric acid（ 20∶80） as mobile phase,the detective wavelength was at 283 nm,flow rate was 1. 0 m L / min,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Naringin and neohes peridin showed a good linear relationship with range in 0. 1147-2. 867 μg,0. 0807-2. 0169 μg,respectively. The recovery were 98. 7 % and 98. 4 %. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable. And it can be applied to control the quality of Biantong Capsule.
