摘要
目的:研究茜草素对结核分枝杆菌(Mycobaeterium tuberculosis,MTB)抑菌作用,为进一步开发中药新药奠定基础。方法:用敏感或耐一种或以上结核药的结核菌株,用对倍稀释法制备成不同浓度的含茜草素的药物培养基,最终测定药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:茜草素对全敏菌株的MIC是160μg/m L,MBC是320μg/m L,对耐药菌株的MIC是160或320μg/m L,MBC是320或640μg/m L。结论:茜草素对结核分枝杆菌有一定的抑菌活性,其中对全敏菌株可能有更好的抑菌效果。
Objective: To determine the inhibitory effect of Alizarin against Mycobaeterium tuberculosis( MTB),so as to lay down a basis for development of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: MTB strains which was sensitive or resistant to one or more anti-TB drugs were cultured on medium containing double-diluted concentration of Alizarin. Then we determined the minimum inhibitory concentration( MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration( MBC) of Alizarin. Results: For all-sensitive strains,the alizarin MIC was 160 μg /m L and MBC was 320μg / m L. For resistant strains,the alizarin MIC was 160 or 320 μg / m L,and MBC was 320 or 640 μg / m L. Conclusion: Alizarin exhibits antibacterial effect against Mycobacterium tuberculosis,which is particularly evident for all sensitive strains.
