介孔分子筛增容PP-g-MAH/PS共混体系

摘要 采用熔融共混法制备马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)/聚苯乙烯(PS)/介孔分子筛M CM-41-M(含模板剂)及PP-g-M AH/PS/M CM-41(无模板剂)纳米复合材料.研究以M CM-41-M和MCM-41作为增容剂,其不同的添加量对不同比例的PP-g-MAH/PS体系相容性的影响.结果表明:当添加介孔分子筛为1%、m(PP-g-MAH)/m(PS)为80/20时,共混体系的力学性能最佳;当w(M CM-41)为1%时,PP-g-M AH/PS共混体系的拉伸强度为18.28 M Pa,相比未添加介孔分子筛时提高了28.7%,并且具有更加优异的相容性. PP-g-MAH/PS/MCM-41-M and PP-g-MAH/PS/MCM-41 nano-composites were prepared with melt blending process. The different mass ratios of PP-g-MAH/PS,the influences of the mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41-M and MCM-41 and its filling concent on mechanical properties of the nano-composite were investigated. The results indicated that the tensile strength of the composite reached the maximum when setting the mass ratio of PP-g-MAH to PS at 80/20 and mesoporous molecular sieve at 1 % by weight. Compared with the composite without mesoporous molecular sieve,the tensile strength of PP-g-MAH/ PS increased by 28. 7 % when the MCM-41 at 1 % by weight,and has more excellent com-patibility.
